FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES:

Please support our team by buying 50/50 tickets during each home game (proceeds paid game
night, and winner must be present to win), Night at the Races, Spiritwear, Media Guide sales (home
games only). Please see a player parent, Boosters member, or email us to get more information.

Volunteers:
The booster board members would like to thank everyone for your continued support of the Colt Football
team, especially those who graciously donate their time and talents to ensure the success of the football
program. If you would like to become a Colt football volunteer please contact a booster board member or
send an e-mail to info@cvcolts.com. UPDATED PARENT VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE is now available

Football Physicals:
Please ensure that your son gets his physical prior to start of Camp. Each players' completed PIAA forms
are required to enable him to participate in camp and play this season. If you need a copy of the physical
forms for your player's physician, print them here: PIAA Physical Forms. Please note that the PIAA
updated this form on 3/22/2013, so please download the latest version here.

The Colts Booster Club wants to make sure that our team has a competitive edge by providing the guys
with extras like good meals, motivational items, transportation, media technology, additional equipment,
etc., but we cannot accomplish all of our goals without community support and the financial support of

Welcome to the Chartiers Valley High School Football Boosters

This site is dedicated to providing information regarding upcoming events for the Colts Football Club and
updates from the Boosters. One of the goals of this booster organization is to engage the player parents,
alumni, and our community with well-attended meetings to successfully raise funds to supplement the
school football budget by coming together to volunteer in many different events throughout the year.

We encourage you to attend our meetings, held at the High School on the
2nd Monday of each month at 7pm in CVHS Rm 100.

It is another one of our goals to make this web site your "go to" place for the most up-to-date
information about Colt football events, so check back often for the most recent happenings.
